HP 3301 help

Save incoming faxes as PDF or TIFF instead of printing them.

Fax archiving saves black-and-white faxes to a folder on your computer. Color faxes still print.

Steps

Open the printer’s web page.
Click Fax → Fax Archive and Forwarding → Archive.
Choose Archive only or Archive and print. To stop, choose Do not archive (print only).

Good to know

The computer must be on and awake, or faxes are not saved.
Keep paper in the tray for faxes that print.
