Order today — arrives by soon
Cheap to run — a $60 ink set covers ~2,000 black pages.
Same machine. We just don’t charge for the word “new.”
Each unit is a returned or overstocked printer we professionally restore, test, and verify to perform like new. It ships without ink or a power cord, and there’s no retail markup — which is exactly why it costs a fraction of new. Nothing hidden.
Ink, sorted.
The printer ships ready — you just add an ink set. This is the set we point people at, on Amazon. We don’t sell ink ourselves.
Like new. Without the markup.
Every unit clears the same fixed checklist before it’s allowed to ship. No “probably fine” — here’s exactly what we verify.
Function-tested, not just powered on
Bench-tested end to end. If any check fails, it doesn’t ship — it goes back for repair or gets scrapped.
- Color & black print quality, up to 11×17″
- Scanner, copier & document feeder
- Wi-Fi, Ethernet & AirPrint
- Automatic two-sided printing
- Touchscreen & on-device controls
Cleaned & cosmetically restored
Cleaned inside and out, inspected for wear, and finished to like-new cosmetic condition. You’d be hard pressed to tell it from a factory-sealed unit.
Warranty & free returns
Covered by the manufacturer’s warranty (90-day minimum) plus 30-day free returns — a prepaid FedEx label is in the box from day one. If it’s not right, you’re not stuck with it.

Questions, answered.
Yes — identical hardware to the brand-new HP OfficeJet Pro 9730. The only difference is that ours is a professionally restored unit rather than factory-sealed, which is why it costs far less.
Like-new. Each unit is cleaned, restored, and fully tested. Cosmetic condition is excellent — you'd be hard pressed to tell it from new.
Every printer carries the remaining manufacturer's warranty — a guaranteed minimum of 90 days, sometimes longer depending on the unit. Claims go directly to the manufacturer. Full warranty details →
Ink isn't bundled, which keeps the price low. It takes HP 936 or 936XL cartridges. The set we point people at is a compatible 936XL 4-pack — about $60 on Amazon, rated by the seller at around 2,000 black pages and 1,650 per color, sold with the chip fitted. HP's firmware updates can block cartridges with a non-HP chip, so turn off the printer's automatic firmware updates before fitting them. Original HP 936 cartridges always work.
Yes — it prints, copies and scans up to 11×17″ (tabloid), including borderless prints. Both trays hold up to 250 sheets. The document feeder takes up to legal size; larger originals go on the glass.
No. It prints, copies and scans, but has no fax line.
No — units ship without a power cord, which helps keep the price low.
