HP 3301 help

Forward incoming faxes to another fax machine.

Forwarded faxes always go out in black and white. The setting survives a power cut.

Steps

On the Home screen tap Menu, scroll to Utilities and tap Settings, then Fax Settings → Fax Forwarding.
Switch on Fax Forwarding, or Fax Forwarding + Print to keep a printed copy.
Tap Enter Fax Number and type the number to forward to.

Good to know

Send a test fax to the forwarding number first.
To stop, set Fax Forwarding to off.
