HP OfficeJet Pro 9730 help

Clear a jam in one of the HP 9730’s trays.

Jams in the trays are cleared by reaching into the gap where the tray sits.

Steps

Pull the tray all the way out.
Reach into the gap and remove any jammed paper.
Push the tray back until it clicks.

Good to know

Pull paper out with both hands, straight out. Never use tweezers or pliers.
Remove every torn scrap, or the jam comes back.
Always take the tray fully out so nothing stays stuck behind it.
