HP OfficeJet Pro 9730 help

Clear a jam near the output tray and two-sided unit.

The duplex door sits above Tray 1, behind the output tray.

Steps

Pull Tray 1 all the way out.
Press and hold the buttons on both sides of the output tray and remove it.
Open the duplex door by its center and remove any paper.
Close the duplex door, then put Tray 1 and the output tray back.

Good to know

Pull paper out with both hands, straight out. Never use tweezers or pliers.
Remove every torn scrap, or the jam comes back.
