HP OfficeJet Pro 9730 help
Clear paper stuck under the print carriage.
Do not turn the printer off while a jam is shown.
Steps
- Open the cartridge access door.
- If the carriage can move, slide it to the far right and pull out the paper. If needed slide it to the far left and remove any scraps.
- Close the door.
Good to know
- Pull paper out with both hands, straight out. Never use tweezers or pliers.
- Remove every torn scrap, or the jam comes back.
