HP OfficeJet Pro 9730 help
Replace an ink cartridge in the HP 9730.
The printer must be on. Each slot has a color letter that must match the cartridge.
Steps
- Open the cartridge access door and wait until the carriage stops.
- Press the front of the old cartridge to release it and pull it out.
- Unpack the new cartridge and push it firmly into the slot with the matching color letter.
- Repeat for other colors and close the door.
Good to know
- Never turn the printer off with a cartridge missing.
- Ink on clothes: wipe it off dry and wash in cold water.
