HP 3301 help

Put your name and fax number at the top of every fax you send.

In some countries the fax header is required by law. HP suggests setting it in the HP software, but the screen works too.

Steps

  1. On the Home screen tap Menu, scroll to Utilities and tap Settings, then Fax Settings → Fax Setup.
  2. Choose your country.
  3. Enter the fax header name and your fax number and save.
