HP 3301 help

Block fax numbers you do not want to receive from.

Faxes from numbers on the blocked list are refused.

Steps

On the Home screen tap Menu, scroll to Utilities and tap Settings, then Fax Settings → Fax Receive.
Tap Blocked Fax Numbers.
Add a number and tap Add, or select one and tap Remove, then OK.

Good to know

Print the list: on the Home screen tap Menu, scroll to Utilities and tap Tools → Reports → Fax Reports → Blocked Fax Report.
