HP 3301 help

Save fax numbers and groups on the HP 3301fdw.

Contacts let you fax regular numbers with two taps. Groups send one fax to several contacts.

Steps

On the Home screen tap Menu, scroll to Utilities and tap Contacts.
Tap Add Contact, enter a display name, an email if you want, and the fax number, then Save.
For a group tap Add Group, name it, tap Members, pick contacts and Save.
To change or delete, tap the contact or group and then Edit.

Good to know

Include any area code, long-distance prefix or outside-line code (often 9 or 0).
You need at least one contact before you can make a group.
