HP 3301 help

Clear a jam behind the HP 3301’s rear access door.

Paper stuck near the end of its path is reached through the rear door.

Steps

Turn the printer off.
Open the rear access door at the back of the printer.
Remove any jammed or torn sheets.
Close the rear door.

Good to know

The fuser behind the rear door gets hot while printing. Let it cool before you reach in.
Pull paper out with both hands and never use tweezers or pliers.
Take out every torn scrap, or the jam comes back.
