HP 3301 help

Clear a jam where pages come out of the HP 3301.

A sheet stuck in the output bin is removed from the bin side and, if needed, from the rollers behind the rear door.

Steps

Turn the printer off.
Open the rear access door.
If paper shows in the output bin, hold its leading edge and pull it out with both hands.
Gently remove any paper left on the rollers behind the rear door.
Close the rear door.

Good to know

The fuser behind the rear door gets hot while printing. Let it cool before you reach in.
