Talk to the recipient first, then send the fax.
With a phone connected to the printer you can call, speak, and then send.
Steps
- Put the original on the glass or in the feeder.
- Dial the number on the phone connected to the printer.
- If a person answers, tell them to start receiving when they hear fax tones.
- Tap Send Fax on the printer and follow the screen.
Good to know
- The phone is silent while the fax goes through.
