HP OfficeJet Pro 9730 help

The HP 9730 will not print.

Work through these in order.

Steps

  1. Make sure the printer is on and has paper.
  2. Read any message on the screen and follow it.
  3. USB: unplug and replug the cable. Wi-Fi: check the connection works.
  4. Check settings and status: on the Home screen tap Menu, scroll to Utilities and tap Info → Printer and Connectivity.
  5. On Windows, run HP Print and Scan Doctor.
  6. Restart the printer properly.
