HP OfficeJet Pro 9730 help
Do a full power reset on the HP 9730.
A proper power reset clears many errors.
Steps
- Make sure the power cord is firmly in at the printer and the wall.
- With the printer on, unplug the cord from the back of the printer and from the wall.
- Wait at least 15 seconds.
- Plug it into the wall, then into the printer.
- Press the Power button if it does not start by itself.
Good to know
- No power at all: try another outlet.
