HP 3301 help

The HP 3301fdw keeps showing Phone Off Hook.

Something else on the same line is in use.

Steps

  1. Hang up any extension phone on the same line.
  2. Disconnect a computer dial-up modem that is using the line.
  3. Try faxing again.
