Print the HP 3301fdw’s fax activity log and reports.

Fax reports help trace failed faxes and keep records.

Steps

1. On the Home screen tap Menu, scroll to Utilities and tap Tools.
2. Tap Reports → Fax Reports.
3. Pick one: Fax Activity Log, Fax Call Report, Fax Trace Report, Caller ID Report, Billing Codes Report or Blocked Fax Report, and tap Print.

Good to know

• Clear the fax log: on the Home screen tap Menu, scroll to Utilities and tap Tools → Troubleshooting → Fax → Clear Fax Logs/Memory.
• Confirmations are off by default for received faxes. Turn on fax notifications to get a printed confirmation.
