HP 3301 help

Your Wi-Fi network is missing from the HP 3301’s list.

The 3301 works on both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Wi-Fi. A missing network is usually hidden, out of range or blocked.

Steps

  1. Make sure the router is on.
  2. A hidden network does not show in the list.
  3. Move the printer closer to the router or remove obstacles.
  4. Refresh the network list.
  5. Restart the printer.
