HP 3301 help
Wi-Fi set up, but the HP 3301 still will not print.
The printer is on the network, so the block is usually the computer or a firewall.
Steps
- Make sure the printer is on and shows ready.
- Switch off any third-party firewall on the computer for a moment and try again.
- Check the Wi-Fi works for other devices.
- Restart the computer.
- Try opening the printer’s web page from the computer. If that fails too, the two are not on the same network.
Good to know
- If a firewall asks for permission while you install or print, allow it.
- The printer can drop off when the computer connects to a VPN.
