HP 3301 help

Clean the document feeder when it jams or grabs several pages.

Dirty pickup rollers and a dirty separation pad cause feeder jams and double feeds.

Steps

Open the document feeder access cover.
Wipe both pickup rollers and the separation pad with a damp, lint-free cloth.
Close the cover.

Good to know

Never use abrasives, acetone, benzene, ammonia, ethyl alcohol or carbon tetrachloride on the printer.
