Print a color document in black and gray to save color toner.

Grayscale prints in black and shades of gray: good for drafts, faxes and photocopies.

Steps

  1. In your program choose Print, pick the printer and click Properties or Preferences.
  2. Open the Color tab.
  3. Choose Print in Grayscale and print.
