Reset the HP 9730’s settings.

You can reset network settings, user settings, user data, or everything to factory defaults.

Steps

  1. On the Home screen tap Menu, scroll to Utilities and tap Tools.
  2. Tap Maintenance → Restore Settings.
  3. Pick what to reset and confirm.
  4. After a network reset, connect again with the HP software.
