Fix Wi-Fi on the HP 9730.

The network configuration report shows whether the Wi-Fi test passed and which network the printer is on.

Steps

  1. On the Home screen tap Menu, scroll to Utilities and tap Tools.
  2. Tap Reports → Status Reports → Network Configuration Report → Print.
  3. Check the diagnostics results, and that the network name (SSID) matches your computer’s.
  4. If needed, reset the network settings and connect again.
