HP OfficeJet Pro 9730 help

The HP 9730 shuts down unexpectedly.

Check power first. The printer also has a power-saving shutdown.

Steps

Check the power cord is firmly connected to a working outlet.
Check the energy settings: on the Home screen tap Menu, scroll to Utilities and tap Settings → General → Energy.

Good to know

Inactivity Shutdown does not run while Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi Direct, USB or Ethernet is connected.
