HP OfficeJet Pro 9730 help

Turn HP 9730 firmware updates on or off.

The printer checks HP for updates by itself. You can let it install them, only notify you, or not check.

Steps

On the Home screen tap Menu, scroll to Utilities and tap Settings.
Tap Firmware Update → Next.
Choose Auto Update, Notify or Do Not Check.
