HP 3301 help

Reset the HP 3301’s network settings and set up Wi-Fi again.

Resetting the network settings clears the saved Wi-Fi so you can set it up fresh. Reconnect with the HP software afterwards.

Steps

On the Home screen tap Menu, scroll to Utilities and tap Settings.
Tap Network and restore the network settings.
Connect the printer again with the HP software or Wi-Fi Setup.

For a plain connection problem, try HP Print and Scan Doctor (Windows) first.
