HP 3301 help

Replace a toner cartridge in the HP 3301.

The four cartridges sit in a drawer behind the cartridge access door. Each slot has a color chip that must match the cartridge.

Steps

Open the cartridge access door.
Pull out the drawer by its blue handle.
Lift the old cartridge straight up by its handle.
Unpack the new cartridge and rock it gently side to side and up and down to spread the toner. Hold it by the ends and do not touch the roller.
Put it in the slot with the matching color chip.
Push the drawer in and close the door.

Good to know

Toner on clothes: wipe it off dry and wash in cold water. Hot water sets it.
