HP 3301 help

The HP 3301 prints completely blank pages.

A blank page points to the cartridge or a paper-type mismatch.

Steps

  1. Check the cartridge is seated properly and that its sealing tape was removed.
  2. Try another cartridge.
  3. Check the paper type set for the tray matches the paper. If needed choose a lighter paper type.
