HP 3301 help

Toner rubs off, or a faint shadow of the image repeats.

Both are fusing problems. Matching the paper type setting to the paper fixes them.

Steps

  1. Toner rubs off at the edges: set the tray to a heavier paper type and print again.
  2. Faint repeated shadow image: set the tray to a lighter paper type and print again.
