HP 3301 help

The whole page prints light or faded.

Faded print usually means a cartridge is running out or is not seated properly.

Steps

  1. Print the page again.
  2. Take the cartridge out, rock it to spread the toner, and put it back.
  3. Check the cartridge is fully seated.
  4. Check the toner level on the screen or the printer’s web page.
  5. Replace the cartridge.
