HP 3301 help

Pages come out crooked on the HP 3301.

Crooked pages come from paper sitting loose in the tray.

Steps

  1. Pull the tray out and reload the paper squarely against the guides.
  2. Only load paper while the printer is not printing.
  3. Make sure the rear access door is fully shut.
  4. Do not fill the tray past the full mark.

Based on HP’s user guide for the Color LaserJet Pro MFP 3301 series (page 101). Menus can differ slightly between firmware versions. Hardware or warranty questions: support.hp.com.
