Save scans straight to a shared folder.

A Quick Set saves scans into a shared network folder you created beforehand.

Steps

  1. Open the printer’s web page.
  2. Open Quick Sets, click the plus (+), choose Network Folder and click Next.
  3. Name the Quick Set and enter the folder path.
  4. Under sign-in choose Use the following credentials, enter the username and password, and click Verify Access.
  5. Optionally add a PIN, click Next, pick default scan settings and finish.
