HP 3301 help

Print envelopes on an HP 3301.

Load envelopes face up with the short, stamp end going into the printer: one in Tray 1, or up to ten in Tray 2.

Steps

  1. Load the envelope(s) and move the guides to touch the edges.
  2. In your program choose Print, pick the printer and open Properties or Preferences.
  3. On the Paper/Quality tab set the paper size to your envelope and the paper type to Envelope.
  4. Set the paper source to the tray you loaded, click OK, then Print.
