HP 3301 help

Set up an HP 3301 on Wi-Fi with the HP app.

The HP app finds the printer over Bluetooth and puts it on your Wi-Fi. Printing over Bluetooth itself is not supported.

Steps

  1. Turn on Bluetooth and location services on your phone.
  2. Make sure the printer’s Wi-Fi is on and it is in Wi-Fi setup mode.
  3. Connect your phone or computer to the Wi-Fi network the printer should join.
  4. Open the HP app, sign in or create an HP account if asked, and add the printer.
  5. Follow the app’s steps until the printer shows as connected.
