HP 3301 help

Print straight from a USB stick, no computer needed.

The walk-up USB port reads PDF, PNG, Word (.doc, .docx), PowerPoint (.ppt, .pptx) and printer files (.prn, .pcl, .ps, .pxl, .cht).

Steps

  1. Plug the flash drive into the USB port on the printer.
  2. Choose Print Documents or View and Print Photos.
  3. Pick the file (open its folder first if needed).
  4. Set copies, paper size, paper type, fit to page or color, then tap Print.
  5. Take the pages and remove the drive.
