Start a return

Free within 30 days of delivery. Fill this in and we'll confirm within 1 business day — no forms to print, no fees. Past 30 days we can't take the printer back, but your manufacturer's warranty still covers it and support can help.

Grab your return tracking number. Your box includes a prepaid FedEx return label — the tracking number is printed on it. Enter it below so we can watch for your package and refund you the moment it ships.

Printed on the prepaid FedEx label inside your box. Can't find it? Leave it blank and mention that below.

Then what?

  1. We confirm your return by email (within 1 business day).
  2. Repack the printer and drop it at any FedEx location using the prepaid label — within 14 days of starting your return. After that the return is closed and we can't refund it.
  3. Your refund goes to your original payment method within 3–5 business days — we start it as soon as your return is on the way back.
